1. About Aminot

Aminot is a platform that helps patients find doctors, book tokens and track queues. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Doctors and clinics are independent, and the care you receive is their responsibility.

2. Emergencies

Aminot is not for emergencies. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You may book for another person only if you are allowed to share their details.

4. Bookings and tokens

  • A token is your place in that day’s queue. It is not a fixed appointment time.
  • Waiting times are estimates and may change if the doctor is delayed.
  • Each date has a daily limit, and a booking is confirmed only when you receive a token number.
  • Doctors may change or cancel their schedule. If they do, you will be told and can book another date.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • You can cancel a confirmed appointment from My Appointments before the appointment date ends.
  • You can reschedule up to 12 hours before the doctor’s start time, up to 2 times per booking. A rescheduled booking gets a new token at the end of the new date’s queue.
  • If you are not present when your token is called, it may be marked as missed.
  • If the doctor or clinic cancels, your booking is cancelled and you may book another date.

6. Fees

Consultation fees, if any, are set by the doctor or clinic. Please confirm them with the clinic.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on your own visit. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no fake or spam bookings, no attempts to break or overload it, and no access to other people’s data. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Liability

We work to keep Aminot available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Aminot is not liable for the medical services provided by doctors or clinics, or for losses caused by delays, cancellations or downtime.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us at support@aminot.in.
